Hey, it's Parker ππ½ For years, we've wanted to do a live event with our community. In fact, we started planning one at the beginning of 2020- then something happened. The world was on lockdown. A pandemic forced us to keep our community virtual, and as a result, those plans had to be put on hold. Something amazing happened since then, though. In 2020 and 2021, more than 25,000 new students joined the course, and a staggering 1 MILLION+ creators followed us on social media. Another thing happened- I scaled down my creative team. Jake went off to start a very successful luxury wedding film company, Runaway Vows... ... and Landon scaled his personal brand before launching STUDIIO, a creative media house. Had we held that live event in 2020, all the new creators who have joined us since then wouldn't be here, and my core creative team wouldn't have had the life experience that they have now. So I'll stop talking and just say this: Some things are worth waiting for. This is one of those things. Landon has held several workshops at his 7,000-square-foot production studio. In fact, he just held a two-day event with some big-name creators like Shortstache, Tom Noske, and Johnny Hochstetler. Now he'll be hosting us. π

Step 1: Define Your Ideal Client Profile π€

- How big is their company? (Employees, Revenue..)
- What are their content needs? (Social, Ads..)

Step 4: Message Your ICP π¬
Warm Outreach π₯
- Go on LinkedIn, look at where your connections work.
- Have them introduce you to a "Decision-Maker".
- This could be a CMO, Head of Content, etc.
Cold Outreach π§
- Search on LinkedIn for the companies on your list.
- Find a content "Decision-Maker" to reach out to.
- Use Apollo.io to reveal their email address.
- Send a personalized email and book a call.
π£ Action Item: Reach out to as many businesses as you can without lowering email quality.
Step 5: Close the Deal π€
Discovery Call (Use this Templateπ)
- Introduce yourself and your company.
- Learn about them and their company.
- Ask "What does a win look like?".
- Prescribe deliverables to fit their needs.
- Give them a ballpark $ range. (Ex. $5k - $10k)
Make it Official
- Send an official proposal following the call.
- Finalize over email or hop on a call if needed.
- Sign contracts.
- Get deposit or full payment upfront.

Step 6: Keep Your Clients Happy β€οΈβπ₯
- Create quality content. Make them need you.
- Start hiring when you're ready. (I'd start w/ an editor)
